Ex-Browns, Kentucky QB Tim Couch Goes Viral for Ripped Physique
Tim Couch was first to benefit from the Air Raid offense.
Coach Hal Mumme and Mike Leach were responsible for Couch’s success as Kentucky’s quarterback. Couch was ranked second in the country in passing yards twice. He threw for 3 ,884 yard in 1997, and 4 ,275 yard in ’98,. This led to the Browns selecting him No. 1, in the 1999 NFL Draft.
He didn’t live up to the expectations of being a No. He was not a No. 1 pick, which is understandable given that he was playing for the Browns, an expansion team, which rejoined the NFL in 1999.. He completed 59.8% of his passes for 11,131 yards with 64 touchdown passes and 67 interceptions in five seasons with the team.
Nevertheless, some observers are quick to name him among the list of biggest draft busts in NFL history. They probably wouldn’t say that to him these days.
This is because Couch is apparently a gym warrior, as evidenced by the photo of his toned physique that is trending on social media.
The former quarterback of the NFL, Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio shared the photo of Couch. He then replied to correct his age and to confirm its authenticity. With all this in mind, you won’t hear any Couch slander from the internets anytime soon.
