Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck Go Christmas Tree Shopping with Kids

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have a large staff handling their day-to-day, but one chore is strictly hands on — going shoppin’ for an XMAS tree!

Ben and Jen, along with their family, walked a Santa Monica lot Saturday… dotted with Douglas and other firs.

So many options! The family got downright contemplative as they looked at various options. It’s an important tree, it’s their first as married couple.

They spent a lot of time looking at the lot and finally settled on what looked like an enormous balsam Fir that they tied to their SUV.

Everyone seemed to have a voice in the choice … including Max, Emme, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel. It looks like Violet was missing in action.

Now the question is… who’s going to decorate that sucker?
