Hey there! I'm Sasha Savsunenko, and Titanovo is my part-time passion project. I created this platform to stay connected with the latest developments in genetics and single-cell research while exploring responsible applications of AI and ML in this fascinating field.

What I'm Building

Right now, I'm focusing on building tooling and a comprehensive database that combines various sources of single-cell and cell line data. My goal is to make this information easily accessible to researchers and enthusiasts alike.

Future Plans

Down the road, I'm planning to leverage existing machine learning models and develop some custom solutions to understand the pathway toward creating Molecular and Genetic Digital Twin models with both spatial and temporal dimensions. It's ambitious, but I'm excited about the possibilities!
