- Took over the full environment and deployed NinjaOne RMM agents to all 150+ endpoints across corporate HQ, field offices, and remote wellsites.
- Rolled out SentinelOne EDR to every device for centralized endpoint detection and response.
- Configured Veeam backup with tested restores and retention policies.
- Documented the entire network topology in a dedicated Confluence knowledge base.
- Deployed UniFi networking with Starlink failover at remote locations to keep field teams online.
- Set up Windows Autopilot for zero-touch laptop deployment to any location.
